Robert Joseph La Rocco

Robert is the founder of the La Rocco Law Firm and its senior attorney. He has extensive experience in family law, bankruptcy, and debt relief cases, and significant experience in criminal defense and several other areas of law. In addition to a Juris Doctor degree, he holds a Master’s Degree in accounting and taxation, and frequently puts his previous accounting experience to work for his clients in bankruptcy cases, small business law cases, property division and child support cases, and many more. He is a tireless worker and a gifted trial lawyer, priding himself on his courtroom experience and skills.

Benjamin A. Pepper

Born and raised in Bellingham, Ben was first introduced to the law during his junior year of high school, working part time for a local firm. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2005, and went on to attend Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, where he served as judicial extern to Judge Paul Papak of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Lead Articles Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review, research assistant to Dean Robert H. Klonoff, and as a teaching assistant for contracts, criminal procedure, and legal writing courses.
